Railway launches two new app launches, ‘help’ and ‘menus’ option for passengers

Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and Minister of State Manoj Sinha launched two mobile apps ‘Rail help’ and ‘Menu on Rail’ on Monday. The government has tried to improve the experience of railway passengers. Through this app, the menus will be able to get all information about food and drink during the journey by ‘menu on rail’, while on the other ‘help’ mobile app, any complaint related to rail can be lodged. These apps are available for Android and iOS users.

Last month, the Railways had announced the launch of these two apps. Using the app, the traveler must first select which train he is traveling in, such as the capital, centenary, distance or any other.

According to this, the available food will be shown. With the help of ‘menu on rail’ app, the cost of passenger goods along with their price will also be reported. The ‘Help’ app will be developed and developed to solve the problem of passengers and to solve the problem.
